SIPI FALLS - UGANDA
Grown in the highlands of North Western Uganda, this certified organic coffee originates from the White Nile Region across the Nebbi and Zombo districts.
Harvested by a dedicated network of smallholder farmers across nearly 8,000 hectares of organic farmland, these cherries are brought to Kawacom’s White Nile Wet Mill, where deep agricultural expertise meets precise processing.
TASTING NOTES: Dairy Milk, Strawberries with a Port Wine Finish
PROFILE: Medium Body, Super Complex & Sweet
PROCESS: Natural Anaerobic Fermentation
ROASTED FOR: Filter
ALTITUDE: 1,400–1,800m
After careful sorting and floating, the cherries undergo controlled anaerobic fermentation in airtight, carbon dioxide-enriched tanks to amplify complexity, body, and sweet fruit notes. The coffee is then slow-dried on traditional raised African beds for clean, balanced flavor development in every cup.
